Brand new 4 bed/3.5 ba home, fully equipped with high end appliances, custom designed kitchen, snow gear room, extra large primary suite with soaking tub, and all the modern amenities you would expect of a high caliber home. A double-sided fireplace provides heating and ambiance for both the main living space + on the outdoor deck complete with hangout & grilling area.

On the main living level accessible via the front door & garage, while the open concept kitchen looks out into the dining and living room areas. The extra large primary suite is also located on this floor with an en-suite full bathroom and its own private small deck. Near the front door there is also a dedicated coat + ski gear room to store away your things in an out of the way location. There is also a half bath with laundry room for the main level living-easily accessible for all. Just off the main living area, a large deck with Adirondack chairs + coffee table, cozy swinging egg chair, BBQ and double-sided fireplace provides a great outdoor hang out area for your whole group.

On the second floor up one flight of stairs boasts a second primary bedroom with its own ensuite bath. There's an additional larger living area with plenty of seating, games and flat screen TV. Two more bedrooms and another full bath are located just off this living area.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM LAYOUT:

• Primary Suite on Main Level King size bed, ensuite bathroom with stand alone soaking tub, extra large walk-in shower, dual vanities , walk-in closet, work area and private adjoining deck.

• Secondary Primary Suite on upper level: King size bed, Ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower, seating area, + large closet.

• Bedroom 3: Queen size bed, shared access to upper level bathroom, + plenty of closet space. Located on the upper level of the home.

• Bedroom 4: 2 Queen size beds, shared access to upper level bathroom + large closet space. Locate on the upper level of the home.

You will have access to our entire home, garage, front yard and backyars; save for a few locked owners closets and storage areas.

There is a garage and driveway space available to park up to three cars. During the summer months, there is street parking. No street parking is available during the winter months to allow snow plows to be able to clear the streets of snow.

We are located just 10 minutes from Heavenly, 30 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe and 45 minutes from Kirkwood. It is recommended to get around via your personal vehicles. There are also Ubers and Lyfts available in addition LakeLink, Lake Tahoe's free transportation service.

We are set in the Tahoe national forest so bears and other critters, including mosquitos, chipmunks, squirrels, mice and coyotes are a common sighting! We even have a known neighborhood bear that knows how to open car and home doors. Please make sure to keep the garage, slider, car and front doors closed and locked whenever they are not in use or when you are just nearby to avoid any unwanted visitors-We do not refund – or charge extra 🙃 for sightings! DO not store any food or fragrant items in your car that might entice bears to try and open your vehicle.

If you are traveling with a pup, make sure to keep them on leash even in the forest.

We are not permitted to host short term rentals but are available to host you for stays of 31 days or longer-making this your perfect home base any time of year!
