This is a ranch-style home with easy access from the flat driveway or garage up four short steps along the walkway to the front door.

Our single-level home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an open kitchen concept where you can visit and relax with those in the living room while preparing a fun cocktail or casual charcuterie platter.

A brand new sectional couch and extra large television in the living room make for the perfect space for your family to gather and enjoy meals, cocktails, and the game all together.

We've just installed a new hot tub in the backyard for your enjoyment after a long day of skiing! Enjoy filtered mountain views or simply gaze up at the stars while you soak.

An added bonus is our uber quiet 'work from home' abode-- a detached building just off the back of the main house equipped with wired and wireless FAST internet (both Wifi and Ethernet connections available of up to 600+ Mbps down, 35+ Mbps up) and a twin over queen bunk bed set for sleeping or relaxing. The large south-facing windows in the office bring in great natural light, and the abode is just steps away from our hot tub to enjoy when the workday is done.

In addition to a wonderful gas fireplace in the living room, we have a hydronic heating system that heats the home very well. There are separate thermostats in different zones within the home meaning guests can enjoy different temperate settings based on their preference!

Our home is centrally located just a couple of miles from two different Heavenly Ski resort access points, within walking distance to a great coffee shop, bagels, and other restaurants nearby. We are a short drive to the casinos, shopping, beaches, and wonderful hiking + biking trails.

The entire home will be available in addition to the two car garage, hot tub and detached work from home office space.

We live in a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of our wonderful neighbors and be quiet after 10:00 pm.

While we are centrally located in the downtown area on the Nevada side and close to 2 access points of Heavenly Ski Resort, having a vehicle to get around in the winter is highly recommended.

We are located in a charming + very quiet residential neighborhood. We love and respect our neighbors and neighborhood- no parties or events are allowed at the property.

This neighborhood tucked away is just off of lower Kingsbury with easy access to all that the south shore has to offer. It gets less snow than higher elevations, but please be advised during heavy storms snow removal operations may be delayed.

The owners have dogs and we do allow small to medium size dogs, on approval! Please message us before completing your booking if you plan to bring furry friends. Please be advised, if you are allergic to dogs, this may not be the home for you!

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

The primary guest booking and staying at this home must be of 25 years or older.

No smoking on the premises.
